  • Prepared and implemented a market entrance strategy in Latin America for a major European infrastructure development company through acquisition and growth that resulted in the purchase of three companies and the development of additional revenue opportunities to grow the combined regional company from sales of US$60 million to US$365 million in three years.

  • Conducted strategic alternatives analysis, candidate evaluation, and selection, then implemented a strategic alliance and acquisition in Mexico of a construction company for a European multinational. Obtained IRR of 25% on investment of US$12 million.

  • Managed and established a strategic alliance and acquisition of a major Brazilian engineering and construction and capital goods company (Sales: US$250 million) by a European industrial group (Sales: US$1.2 billion).
